Focused on providing Australia’s youth, and the authority figures in their lives (their parents and teachers) with the tools they need to help tackle the tough realities of coming of age, ReachOut is dedicated to helping their users improve their understanding of their own experiences of mental health and wellbeing.

Let’s get baking!

What You Will Need

Base

  • 2 packets White Chocolate Tim Tams
  • 100g Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

Filling

  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Gelatine Powder
  • 2/3 cup Boiling Water
  • Dollar Sweets Bright Sprinkles

Topping

  • 1 pack Strawberry Jelly
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold Water

How To Make It

Step One: Crush Tim Tams. I used a food processor.

Step Two: Mix melted butter and coconut into Tim Tam crumbs.

Step Three: Push Biscuit base into a 20x20cm baking tin and pop in the fridge.

Step Four: To make the filling, sprinkle gelatine powder over boiling water and mix well. Set this to the side and allow to cool for a few minutes.

Step Five: Mix together the condensed milk and vanilla extract, then add the gelatine and mix well.

Step Six: Add the Sprinkles!! I added 1/4 cup but add as many as your heart desires.

Step Seven: Pour the condensed milk mix over the base and pop in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Step Eight: Once the filling has set, make the jelly by mixing the jelly crystals and boiling water together. Once the crystals have dissolved add the cold water.

Step Nine: Gently pour jelly over the top of the condensed milk and pop it in the fridge until the jelly has set.

Step Ten: Top with sprinkles and enjoy.
